Salt & Light Capital is a private investment firm dedicated to providing access to high-quality alternative investment opportunities across three core areas: commercial real estate, lower middle market operating companies, and private funds. Our mission is to generate long-term value and strong risk-adjusted returns by investing in assets with durable cash flow, growth potential, and strategic upside.

Investment Strategy

Commercial Real Estate

Target single-tenant net lease ("STNL") commercial retail properties to generate consistent, long-term, and passive income. The goal of these investments is capital preservation, steady cash flow, and potential appreciation with low operational risk. 

Private Equity

Target high-potential lower middle market companies in growing industries. The strategy focuses on identifying businesses with strong fundamentals, competitive advantages, scalable operations, or turnaround potential, and creating value through operational improvements and strategic transformation. 

Private Funds

Participate in investments through private funds, with a focus on private equity funds and hedge funds that will provide opportunities to build long-term wealth and enhance portfolio diversification. The strategy seeks to capitalize on manager skill and access to alternative investment strategies that offer the potential for superior returns and capital appreciation over time.

Our mission is to empower individuals to steward their resources by providing access to high-quality investment opportunities. Inspired by the biblical calling to be the "salt of the earth" and the "light of the world", we exist to illuminate pathways to financial growth, purposeful stewardship, and enduring impact. 


Matthew 5: 13-16 - “You are the salt of the earth. But if salt loses its taste, with what can it be seasoned? It is no longer good for anything but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot. You are the light of the world. A city set on a mountain cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and then put it under a bushel basket; it is set on a lampstand, where it gives light to all in the house. Just so, your light must shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly Father.”
